Wood Shop Orientations Announced
Our first wood shop orientations have been announced! This orientation will get you access to yellow-level tools in the wood shop and is required for any future red-level tool trainings.

Cricut Office Hours and Cricut Maker Tool Training
We're trying something new with Office Hours at MAKE Roanoke! Designed to offer help using a specific tool or craft, Office Hours are open to the public to get hands-on assistance with your next project. Our first set of Office Hours will be for the Cricut on Tuesday, May 20 from 6-8 PM. New Board Members Certified!
All three people running for Board in last month's board election got the required amount of votes to serve on MAKE Roanoke's Board! With 31 total votes cast, Matthew Brown, Will Carter, and and Chris Santacroce will serve on the MAKE Roanoke Board of Directors through May 2027.

Electronics Shop Orientations
We have announced 2 new Electronics Shop Orientation Sessions for our Members. The first is May 1 from 6-8 PM and the second is May 3 from 10 AM - Noon. Please RSVP on the MeetUp Events and comment the time you will be arriving as we can only train 5 people at a time.

Fiber Arts Studio Orientations Announced
The Fiber Arts Studio has announced 3 shop-level orientations on MeetUp! Attend one of these to gain access to the yellow-level tools in the Fiber Arts Studio at MAKE Roanoke. Please note that these trainings are intended to teach you how to use our sewing machines, not to teach you how to sew!
