Intro to Projector Sewing

Join us at MAKE Roanoke for a FREE Maker Mini taught by Ettelie Lovern!

Participants will learn about:

• Using projectors to cut out digital sewing patterns

• The types of projectors and how to choose the right one

• Calibrating and using a projector to cut out a digital sewing pattern

• Other ways that projectors can be used when sewing and crafting

This class will count also count as tool training for MAKE Roanoke Members for the new Epson Ultra Short Throw Projector!

This class is FREE and open to the public, you do not need to be a MAKE Roanoke to attend. It's recommended for ages 16 and up.

Please note that MAKE Roanoke is an active workshop:

• All participants must have a signed waiver on file. If the participant is a minor, the waiver must be signed by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian. Waivers can be filled out ahead of time at https://mkroa.org/waiver

• Children who are not participating in the event are not permitted in the space.

• Closed toed shoes are required in the space at all times by everyone, regardless of age or participation in an event. No sandals, crocs, or bare feet.

• You may be asked to remove or tuck in dangling jewelry, lanyards, etc for safety.

• Depending on the activity, other dress code rules may apply.
